Calibration Amplifier

 

  

Routine calibration of sensors and associated instrumentation is recommended to improve confidence in measurement accuracy and acquired data. Equipment calibration cycles are typically established by the users own quality regimen.  It is also good practice to recalibrate after exposure to any severe temperature extreme, shock, load, or other environmental influence, or prior to any critical test. This equipment makes it easy to support your customer with an additional and profitable service.

The calibration unit contains of one amplifier box with build in sine wave generator with single frequency and sweep output 10 – 2000 Hz, software Vibrograph, reference accelerometer and a vibrator.

 

 

 

Functions:

 

Accelerometers, velocity and displacement transducers can be used as reference transducers. The unit for reference signal can be changed to other and the reference transducers.

 

The amplifier is controlled by the computer software Vibrograph©. Vibrograph© works as a virtual instrument, communication is through USB.

 

A calibration certificate with response plot can be generated automatically.  Protocols are made as templates. It’s possible to change languages and put your own logo to these templates.

 

Testing of the bearing value “G” is made at a fix frequency, 5000 Hz.
